Department codes about mold and mildew, and how to
economically, efficiently, and effectively improve indoor
air quality.

Landlord Association. He will discuss the new Inspection
Program the City of Edgewater wants to install for
apartments and houses.
March 25, 2019 - Arthur Simpson, a lawyer and real estate
broker from Florida Pros. He will discuss the eviction
specials he has set up for members of Volusia Property
Owners Association.
May 20, 2019 (a week early due to Memorial Day) - Arthur
Simpson, a lawyer and real estate broker from Florida
Pros. He will discuss title work and how he can help
members of Volusia Property Owners Association buy and
sell properties.

fixer upper; and an update on the Opportunity Zone Funds
for avoiding some capital gains when selling properties.

period to get advice, knowledge and information from him.
